Hamaca Educa - Imágenes que enseñan


Participamos con nuestro vídeo Más muertas vivas que nunca en el programa Hamaca Educa - Imágenes que enseñan en colaboración con Drac Màgic.

"Este programa está organizado por Hamaca, que desde 2007 trabaja para la preservación, difusión y distribución del videoarte en el Estado Español. Aprovechando su bagaje, la entidad quiere transferir conocimientos y experiencias en el ámbito educativo para potenciar el espíritu crítico, la creatividad y la innovación en los procesos de aprendizaje. Con este objetivo colabora con la entidad Drac Màgic que cuenta con más de 30 años de experiencia en programas educativos en cine y artes visuales. El programa recibe el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona."

Hic et Nunc. Centro Cultural de España. Santo Domingo

Hic et Nunc es un proyecto curatorial que acoge una selección de artistas que permite dilucidar cómo el arte se erige como acción simbólica de resistencia ante los desagravios que caracterizan a nuestra sociedad. Hic et Nunc (aquí y ahora) propone mirar y ver sin complejos. Doce obras audiovisuales que dan respuesta a un cúmulo de desigualdades sociales y humillaciones políticas, ofreciendo una interpretación abierta de lo político, partiendo de la acepción del zoón politikón (animal político) aristotélico.

Dance the Counter-Reformation. English subtitles


Dear no-spanish speaking friends,
now you can enjoy (with english subtitles) to our 2012 video Dance the counter-reformation, a folk song on crisis, corruption, capitalism, joy, struggle and being together. Maybe watching it you can have a different view of what is happening in Spain and other south european countries right now.

After travelling around South America being part of the exhibition Hic et Nunc. A Survey of New Video from Spain, this video program will be showed in New York, Washington, Girona and México DF.

TEMP Art Space and Spain Culture New York – Consulate General of Spain: Member of the Network Spain Arts & Culture are pleased to announce Hic et Nunc, a curatorial project gathering a selection of artists whose works demonstrate how art stands as a symbolic act of resistance to the affronts that characterize our society. Hic et Nunc (Here and Now) is a proposal to look and see without complexes. Twelve audiovisual works respond to a cumulus of social inequalities and political humiliations, offering an open interpretation of politics that departs from the Aristotelian definition zoon politikon (political animal).
